BT will usually allocate a number within about 48 hours of the order being placed and paid for.
Initially they will attempt to simply re-use the number that was last allocated to the property.

If you want a completely fresh number then this may take slightly longer to confirm but is usually with 2 days.

There is a note to go with this however : Numbers are given but it is recommended that you don’t print the number or pay for any advertising to be completed until the day of install as BT may have to change the number at the last minute.

Invoices are due 30 calendar days from the day they are issued. After 30 calendar days the invoice becomes overdue and you then have a further 14 calendar days to bring your account up to date before a late payment charge is applied.

When the late payment charge is applied then your service will be restricted.

Late payment is only charged if payment is not made and we are not advised why. These are the standard terms and conditions that all telecoms companies use.

The cost of each telephone call you make is based on the following:

* The time of day the call is made
* The length of time the call lasts for
* The destination or location of the person you call

We’ve tried very hard to make our call costs as easy to understand as possible. We review our prices regularly to make sure that our customers are getting the best value for money.

There are 3 separate time frames: Evening (7pm-7am), Daytime (7am-7pm) and Weekend (Friday 7pm – Monday 7am)

Unlike some other companies our calls are billed by the second and not by the minute. This means if a call lasts for 45 seconds you only pay for those seconds rather than a full minute.

Most calls made using your Inclucity Phone won’t incur a “call connection fee” which means your call is even cheaper!

Calls to 0870 numbers are billed at the same rates as 01/02/03 geographic numbers.
