We’re really excited about bringing internet and telephone services directly to our customers.

We don’t use affiliate schemes, or recommend you to faceless companies with dodgy names that you’ve never heard of like “Down the Garden Path Internet”  

We looked at the telecoms industry and thought WOW! We wanted to get in there and take our customers with us, but we backed off a little as it was full of “Big boys”. Imagine your first day the school play ground and that’s just how we felt when looking at broadband and telephone lines!!

Then we started to look closely at “the big boys” and thought WOW  again) They sit in their multi-site offices with their faceless foreign call centres hiding behind a complaints “policy” and a support team that “only come to work for the money!” – and we felt quite heavy hearted !

We thought ethically about what we were about to do and came up with lots of ideas about what “we” wanted to look like as an ISP (anyone familiar with mind maps, jugs of coffee and a clock that reads 3.23am will know where we are going here) and one thing that kept coming up on everything we did was Customer Service.

We thought a bit more and “Am I getting what I pay for?” came up… We have seen companies that may sign you into a telephone price plan you don’t want or even need (Google search Telephone Slamming)

We wanted to make it really easy to do business with us and that’s why we came up with our simple price plans and a clear tariff of charges so you know from day one just where you stand – and if you’re not happy we won’t  hold you in to a long contract.

Then that was it!! – We had started to stand up to the big boys and challenge the Status Quo. (not the band)
